Kim is the visionary at Taylor Collective Solutions with more than 25 years of experience in public relations, community outreach, marketing, media and campaign strategies, business development, and event planning. Kim Taylor’s experience is vast and diverse and includes public relations, event planning, development, marketing, lobbying, campaigning, and media buying. Kim has managed multi-year issue campaigns, both statewide and nationally, implemented strategic corporate plans, and raised hundreds of millions in individual and corporate sponsorships and support for various organizations and causes. Kim serves on multiple non-profit and government boards.

 

BLANCA LABORDE

Blanca Laborde is an attorney and government affairs consultant. Blanca has been at the intersection of business and government for more than 20 years. Her transportation expertise includes planes, trains, automobiles, ocean vessels, and using innovation and technology to move goods and people. She recently led the Government Partnerships team for a transportation technology startup focused on creating bespoke and innovative mobility programs to build robust transportation networks designed to meet the needs of thriving communities. 

Blanca has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, and international infrastructure and investment groups, to trade associations, local governments, start-ups, and public agencies. Blanca has a track record of building strategies to achieve business goals and finding solutions in a continually evolving legislative and regulatory landscape. 

Her broad practice across a range of issues helps Blanca to keep sight of the big picture and the moving parts and diverging interests that are part of the policymaking process. In her capacity as a lobbyist, Blanca works with her clients to identify policy goals and develop a legislative and outreach strategy to achieve those goals. Those strategies include maintaining relationships with legislators, regulators, advocates, and grassroots organizations through one-on-one outreach, organizing events, panels, conferences, and speaking opportunities with elected officials and community leaders. 

 

CHRISTINE MARTIN

Christine Martin is one of the nation’s elite political digital strategists, founder, and principal at CampaignlyGroup. Her unique approach to digital assets and small-dollar fundraising has converted millions of grassroots supporters into highly invested campaign donors and raised $25 million for Democratic organizations and campaigns.

Before entering politics, Christine received a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and a B.A. from Columbia University. She has authored 17 academic publications on big data and data analytics.

 

SCOTT P. MARTIN

Scott P. Martin has nearly two decades of legal experience advising organizations and campaigns on a variety of compliance and other issues. His work at Campaignly focuses on the legal issues involved in mass communications, including under the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Before partnering with Christine, Scott was an appellate partner at a large international law firm and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

 

JENNIFER MCEWAN

Jennifer McEwan, Ph.D. is widely known for her expertise and knowledge of project development and advancement. She works closely with project sponsors at the state and local levels including elected officials and decision makers on transportation infrastructure projects.She is experienced in advocacy and policy research for regional and statewide mobility coalitions, chamber organizations, trade associations, institutions of higher learning and public education coalitions, in addition to numerous statewide appointed task forces and the SunsetAdvisory Commission.Dr. McEwan also experienced in developing and implementing strategies and supporting data for advocacy and, working with state legislators, county commissioner courts, and county judges and other elected officials regarding transportation and infrastructure policy issues.

 

KATIE IBARRA

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Katie’s passion for political advocacy has led to her career in advocacy for our clients. She spearheaded numerous fundraising projects and media events organizing college students and community members in postcard writing, press interviews, and lobbying the state legislature. She enjoys the personalized opportunities to work with clients to be able to provide exactly what they need on a more individual level. Katie is passionate about the environment and educating community members on local issues and ways to get individuals more engaged in what is going on around them. She is also a trained pastry chef.

 

ESME OROZCO

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Esme has worked with NGOs, venture capitalists in technology and cybersecurity, advocacy groups. and much more. Esme graduated with a BA in Russian, East European, and Eurasian studies with a minor in Russian from The University of Texas at Austin. Esme has previous experience working in the Texas State Legislature, was a Progressive Pipeline Fellow, and worked in PR at SKDK’s NYC Public Affairs office. Esme is trilingual and fluent in Spanish with some proficiency in Russian. She is loyal to her chihuahua, Luna.

Caroline Driggers is a seasoned Social Media Specialist at Taylor Collective Solutions, where she has been a key asset for several years. Her expertise lies in managing social media strategies, crafting compelling content, and overseeing design needs for our diverse clientele. With a strong background in public relations, Caroline excels in writing, editing, and creative brand strategy, making her a go-to expert in social media management. Her proficiency in problem-solving and innovative approaches ensures that our clients' social media presence is both impactful and engaging.

 

ALEKSA FLYCKT

OUTREACH AND RESEARCH SPECIALIST

Aleksa Flyck grew up and is based in San Antonio. Aleksa excels in community outreach and communications, event planning, and social media management at Taylor Collective Solutions. With a strong focus on content creation, research, and sustainability, Aleksa brings creativity and intentionality to every project. Fluent in Spanish, she effectively engages diverse audiences and enhances outreach efforts. In addition to her professional skills, Aleksa is an avid sticker collector and has a passion for all genres of music.

 

ELIOT LAM

OUTREACH AND RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Eliot Lam brings a wealth of experience from his recent work in the Texas State Legislature and Texas politics to his role at Taylor Collective Solutions. As the newest member of our team, Eliot manages social media and research with proficiency in web design and various PR tools, including Canva, Better Unite, Constant Contact, and MailChimp. He is deeply passionate about social and economic justice, dedicating his career to advancing causes that promote a more equitable society for all.

 

KRISTIN MANSELL

OUTREACH AND DESIGN

Kristin specializes in fine arts and communication design with a focus on graphic design. She is not only an accomplished designer but also a community outreach specialist with expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms. Outside of her academic and creative work, Kristin is an active member of the UNT Equestrian team and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. With a passion for visual storytelling, she aims to pursue a career as a book cover designer, utilizing her design and outreach skills to make a meaningful impact.
